About the Littleton Group
After more than 30 years as a realtor in the Clarksville area, Dick Littleton still looks forward to going to work each day. To him, it’s all about the interaction with the people he meets. When he and his wife Kathy established The Littleton Group 20 years ago, their goal was to give each client their undivided attention. Over 4,000 closed transactions later, their method must be working. Matching a buyer’s needs with the best available selection of houses or helping sellers get the best possible contract is still their objective.
A former Realtor of the Year and Past President of the local realtors association, he was a recipient of the “Legend Award” for continued exemplary performance from Prudential Real Estate. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the APSU Governors Club and is vice-chairman of the board of directors of Legends Bank.
Dick is an ordained deacon and a member of 2nd Mile Church (Southern Baptist denomination). He is on the board of directors of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and spends a lot of his spare time in that ministry.
He and Kathy have 4 grown children and 7 grandchildren. Prior to entering real estate he spent 18 years in public education as a teacher, counselor and college administrator. He holds BA and MA degrees from Austin Peay State University and finds his educator’s background to be very helpful when new families ask questions about the area schools.
In his spare time, Dick is a decent bass fisherman, lure maker, and gardener. His black lab, Lucy, is a constant companion. He and Kathy enjoy living in the country where they can raise a garden and work in their yard.
When it comes to having a “Green Thumb”, Kathy Littleton is at the head of the class. Raised as a city girl, Kathy and husband Dick moved to the country over 26 years ago and she has amazed friends with her uncanny ability to grow beautiful flowers. Her days away from the office find her in one of her numerous flower gardens adding color and beauty to the landscape. Besides being a master gardener, Kathy is also a very competitive tennis player and constantly frustrates her opponents by running down shots where others would give up and concede the point.
Kathy left a successful insurance career in 1995 to join her husband in real estate. She soon discovered a special knack for reviewing and revising floor plans to give the buyer more living and storage space. According to her, “Men keep designing houses for women to buy so I make my changes the way a woman would want them”. She prefers working with buyers and helping them match their housing needs to the best available properties. Her accounting background has paid huge dividends to buyers in securing the most favorable mortgage arrangements.
A firm believer in gaining as much real estate knowledge as possible in order to better assist her clients, Kathy holds the GRI, CRS, SREC and ABR designations. She is also e-certified and has a real estate Brokers license. She is member of the 2nd Mile Church and has served in the pre-school ministry. Kathy and Dick have 4 children and 7 grandchildren and love to watch the grandkids in whatever type of sport they may be playing. She has been known to slip away with her husband to their private 10 acre lake and fish as long as Dick will take her fish off the hook. Asked if she ever out fished her husband, she just smiled and said “No Comment”.

Carolina is the newest addition to The Littleton Group. She brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to the group that she has exhibited as a nurse and sonographer for over 10 years. While she is a full time realtor, she still maintains a limited schedule as a sonographer at Clarksville OBGYN.
She hit the ground running and has already sold several homes in the Clarksville area. Combining a tireless work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude and a great smile, there is little doubt she is a star in the making.
Carolina is equally fluent in English and Spanish, a tremendous asset in a diverse market like Clarksville. She shows the same level of care to her clients that she has developed over years of working with her patients. Education is something she strides for and has already earned the Military Relocation Professional Certification.
She has been calling Clarksville home for the past 8 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. When Carolina isn’t spending time with her new son, she enjoys running and watching the Nashville Predators. As a runner, she has completed numerous half-marathons and various charity races. She is active in her church and has volunteered in Habitat for Humanity and Red Cross projects.
The Littleton Group is glad she decided to join them.
